Can I see the vehicle I will be reserving?

We welcome guests to our office. Stop by and meet the staff and see the fleet. Several of our vehicles are kept inside the garage; we are happy to meet with clients after hours or on weekends but it’s best to call ahead to be sure the vehicles you are interested won’t be out working.

What is your cancellation policy for airport and other transfers?

All airport and transfer reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations within 48 hours of start time will result in a charge for the full payment. Changes to time may be allowed subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy for nights out and other event bookings?

For all hourly events, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is due at time of booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in a charge for the full payment. Changes to time may be allowed subject to availability. Date changes are not allowed.

Why do we charge a cancellation fee?

While we understand that sometimes travel plans change, we also need to be fair to our office staff and chauffeurs. We sometimes have to tell regular clients we are already sold out of our luxury vehicles because of high demand. Once a vehicle is confirmed, we don’t ever double book it.

Do you charge a wait fee?

Wait fees are $60-100/hr for sedans, $100-300/hr for limousines and $150-350/hr for larger vehicles. Charges will apply after the first 15 minutes. Wait fee will apply 30 minutes after flight arrival and 15 minutes after other pickup times.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.

How do I reach your office after hours?

Our 24/7 Operations Hotline may be used for clients with pre-scheduled pickups who need immediate assistance only. Call 603-401-4299. All other inquiries should call our main number at 603-893-1424. The reservation number is staffed from 8 AM to 8 PM. Feel free to email us 24/7 for inquiries.

Is there a charge for overtime? When does it begin

Overtime rates are $60/hr for sedans, $130/hr for limousines and larger vehicles and $300/hr for 1-3 hour rentals. Charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. We are not responsible for delays caused by road conditions.

Where is the pickup point at the airport?

Most clients use our service round trip. Upon arrival at the airport for your outbound flight, your chauffeur will point out the pickup location. It is normally on the baggage level at Logan Airport except for Terminal C, which is on the upper level. All limousines are required to comply with TSA requirements for loading and unloading.

How will I find my driver?

When your flight arrives, you should have a text stating the phone number of your chauffeur, who will be waiting for you on airport property. You may phone or text to let him know when you have gotten your luggage or if you just have a carry-on.

Can I request a specific chauffeur?

We would encourage our clients to make their requests, either at the time of booking or as a standing request. Note that driver assignments can’t be guaranteed due to work shifts, days off, or work rules, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Do I need a login to reserve online?

For current clients, client user name and password can be requested by email at Info@LinLimo.com.

Do I need a client login to make a reservation online?

No, you may request a reservation using our Quote or Reserve Link.

Can I rent a limousine for just one or two hours?

While the best value comes with a full day or night rental, we do allow one-hour limousine rentals, but only to guests local to our office and garage and only at certain times of the day. Please call to discuss options that fit your needs.

Can I ride in the front seat?

In our limousines, all guests are required to ride in the passenger compartment; we do not allow any guests in the front seat. In sedans, we have a maximum capacity of 3 guests, for your convenience and driver safety. One of the three guests may sit in the front seat if necessary.

How much luggage fits into the vehicles?

Limousines are made from sedans. The trunk is not stretched, just the passenger compartment. Please discuss your baggage needs at the time of booking if you will have large pieces.

Do you allow pets?

We try our best to accommodate all clients. Cats or dogs are welcome if they are in a pet carrier at all times. Since we have a number of clients and employees/drivers who are allergic to animals, the pet must be noted at the time of booking and will be allowed only in specific vehicles and with specific chauffeurs. There is a fee for all pets, to take care of cleaning the vehicle; this is to ensure that our business travelers and others have a clean vehicle when they travel. Note: there is a fee for all animals due to logistical scheduling needs.

When should I book my car?

While we request all reservations are made at least three days in advance, we will accommodate all requests if resources permit. For nights out and other larger vehicle requests, we are sold out several days in advance. It’s best to reserve your choice vehicle as soon as you know your dates to avoid disappointment. A late booking fee may be added to last minute requests.
