It is wise to look at your limousine prior to booking, think about making and appointment and coming by our office to see what vehicle will best suit your needs. 

A deposit is required to reserve all limousines.  This may be in the form of cash, check or credit card. It is best to have each participant pay a part of the deposit to insure their commitment to your group.  Deposit rates are $150-$250 depending on the vehicle size.

Plan on a legal and sober night out with us.  We have a no tolerance policy for underage guests who are not "making their parents and community proud".

Things to ask when contacting companies:

What is the year and condition of the limousine you will be renting?  Is it your own vehicle, or are you planning to subcontract to another company? Can I come by to see it?

How many people will the car hold?  What is the time frame and when does my time start and end?  Where will the limousine be during the prom?  Will the car be used by any other customer that night, or is it strictly working for me?  Do you offer complimentary beverages or picture stops? 

What happens to my deposit if I cancel?   When is the balance due?  What is the refund/cancellation policy? What is the plan if my limousine should break down or have a problem?

When all limousines in the local area are sold out, consider contacting a company outside of the normal range.  They may have different busy nights and be able to travel to you for a small fee. Above all you want to rent a limousine that will be dependable, safe and well cared for.  Enjoy your special nights!
